Refund & Returns Policy

At Ventu Kenya, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, this policy explains how to return an item and get a refund.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
In original packaging with tags/labels attached (where applicable)
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these conditions.

How to Return an Item

You can return your item using any of the following options:

In-Store– Bring the item, along with proof of purchase, to our store at Nairobi CBD, Moi Avenue, Iconic Business Plaza, 3rd Floor, Room T11.
Mail– Ship the item back to us at: Ventu Kenya, Iconic Business Plaza, 3rd Floor, Room T11, Moi Avenue, Nairobi CBD, Kenya. Please include your order number inside the package.
Drop-Off Location– Drop the item at our Moi Avenue location above.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us for a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless the customer requests an alternative refund method. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
Personalized or customized items (e.g. corporate gifts with branding/engraving)
Gift cards
Items with hygiene seals broken (e.g. water bottles, drinkware, certain fitness accessories)
Items damaged due to misuse after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ventukenya@gmail.com or +254 704 783 308, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
