3. Nairobi Delivery

Customers within Nairobi can have their orders dispatched for delivery at a flat fee of KES 100.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, traffic, weather, and other circumstances affecting delivery.

4. Countrywide Delivery

VENTU delivers to customers across Kenya at a flat delivery fee of KES 300.

Orders outside Nairobi are dispatched through our delivery and courier partners.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed after the order details have been confirmed.

Where we need additional information about your order or delivery location, we may contact you through phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Customers should provide accurate:
